197-24 An Ordinance levying special assessments for the 2023 combined sidewalk project, project no. 1-23, for construction of certain described sidewalks in accordance with Resolution 018-22, adopted November 7, 2022.
198-24 An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contract with Fire Safety Services, Inc. and Spencer Manufacturing, Inc. for the Lima Fire Department.
199-24 An Ordinance consenting to the proposed annexation of approximately 9.825 acres of real estate in American Township owned by Health Partners of Western Ohio, and setting forth Municipal services, zoning buffers, and road maintenance.
165-23 An Ordinance authorizing all actions necessary to establish a governmental natural gas aggregation program with opt-out provisions pursuant to Section 4929.26 Ohio Revised Code and directing the Allen County Board of Elections to submit a ballot question to the electors.
