011-25 A Resolution declaring the necessity of constructing certain designated sidewalks and requiring that the abutting property owners construct the same.

193-25 An Ordinance accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission, authorizing the necessary tax levies, and certifying them to the County Auditor.
194-25 An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contract with Neo Water Treatment, LLC to purchase Neo WaterFx 300 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
195-25 An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids and enter into contract for the removal of Biosolids at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
196-25 An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a CRA Tax Exemption Agreement with Noxus Ohio LLC, for a new Shawnee Clark Gas Station.
